Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain fleet re-certification in compliance with offshore

  • standards (e.g., DNV, Lloyd’s Register, TUV and Bureau Veritas).

  • Monitor inspection schedules, testing requirements, and recertification timelines to ensure zero lapse in compliance.

  • Track fleet location, condition, and availability across all projects.

  • Optimize asset utilization to meet operational demands and minimize idle time.

  • Maintain accurate fleet data within asset management systems.

  • Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of CCUs and tanks.

  • Prepare quotations in timely manner.

  • Generate and verify rental invoices based on utilization, contract terms, and

  • project timelines.

  • Liaise with operations, logistics, maintenance, and finance teams to ensure

  • smooth fleet operations & Invoicing.

  • Support audits and client reporting requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 years’ experience in offshore logistics or oilfield rental fleet coordination.

  • Strong knowledge of offshore CCU and Tank certifications requirements.

  • Proficiency in asset tracking and ERP systems.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced offshore environment.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
