Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in industries requiring rental generators, cooling systems, and compressors.
  • Identify and target new sales opportunities within the rental market for power generation and compressed air solutions.
  • Provide expert technical consultation to recommend suitable generator and compressor solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare detailed sales proposals and quotations, highlighting key features and benefits of rental equipment.
  • Coordinate with engineering and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, setup, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and site visits to support customers in equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Manage rental agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote the rental portfolio and develop new client networks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven sales experience in the rental industry, specifically in generators, cooling systems, and compressors.
  • Strong technical understanding of generator and compressor operations, specifications, and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to power generation and air compressor solutions.
  • Experience in delivering training and technical support to customers.
  • Strong analytical and market evaluation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
