JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for compiling dashboards, SLA reporting and MIS for the Accounts Payable department..
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Maintain, track and report on continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage the role of Bank administrator and program administrator for Credit cards
Compilation and preparation of dashboards, SLA reporting and other MIS requirements
Preparation and co-ordination on review meetings
Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts
Maintain track and report on SoP's, training materials, process maps, SLA's, IT list and SIPOC
Prepare routine and adhoc reports
Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
Track running cost and integrate with processes
Timely preparation and submission of dept budgets
Requirements
6+ years working within a leading organisation in a similar role
Expert in Data analysis, mapping and process improvement.
Extensive experence in Dashboard creation and analysis, MIS reporting and presentation.
