Reporting Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from experienced professionals for the role of Reporting Manager - Rail. In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing the reporting activities related to our rail projects, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and presentation to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of the rail industry, excellent analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage complex reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, management, and delivery of comprehensive reports for rail projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify reporting requirements and data sources specific to rail operations.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reporting outputs.
• Analyze rail project data to provide insights and inform project performance and risk management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualization tools to support stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate reporting activities across multiple teams and external partners as necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in railway reporting and data management.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Transport, or a related field.
• Total of 18 years experience in reporting or project management within the rail sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong understanding of rail industry operations, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver reports under tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in managing or contributing to large-scale rail infrastructure projects preferred.
