Support Engineer

Job Location: Riyadh (Ar Riyad-Saudi Arabia)
Job Description: Job Description should have a technical degree or equivalent work experience more than 5 years of experience in an Enterprise technical support environment with demonstrated knowledge in:
- Microsoft System Center, especially Service Manager and Orchestrator.
- Developing Orchestrator run books.
- Power Shell scripting and automation.
- Private Cloud and Hybrid cloud configurations, patterns, and practices.
- Perform administrative tasks from the Service Manager console, provide application support for the SCSM platform and create and maintain services and associated data.
- Review and update SCSM console security, apply patches, create SCSM console roles and views, and create and install custom Management Packs (MP) as needed.
- Develop reports and dashboards as approved by management.
- Deploy workflows for common processes.
- Grant permissions to allow responsible groups to manage resources and work queues.
- Create and maintain Service Manager templates.
- Create, modify and troubleshoot SCSM workflows.
- Perform administrative tasks for the cireson Asset Management and cireson Service Management platform, provide application support for the platform and oversee the creation and maintenance of assets and associated data including but not limited to (self-service portal, advanced request offering, survey app,....etc)
- Utilize verbal and written communication skills to maintain accurate system documentation and provide training as required
- Datacenter management, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) processes
- Manage customer satisfaction through effectively communicating and managing customer expectations.
- will need strong technical writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with managers and executives on technical and mission issues.
Is it SAR 10,000 Per month (inclusive of Basic, accommodation , transportation and food allowance) Plus client will provide Visa, Air ticket, Medical Insurance and 30 days paid vacation upon completion of 1yrs of tenure with the client . Initially Upon arrival to Riyadh client will provide accommodation for 5 days, post which you need to take care of accommodation as per your budget and conveniences..
