Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day MEP site activities to ensure smooth execution

  • Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines

  • Perform accurate site measurements and verify completed work quantities

  • Review and interpret shop drawings, highlighting discrepancies and coordinating corrections

  • Coordinate effectively with civil teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers

  • Support in quantity take-offs, material tracking, and basic cost estimation

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures

  • Assist in testing & commissioning of MEP systems where required

  • Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation

  • Identify and escalate technical issues and assist in resolving them on-site


Desired Candidate Profile

Detailed Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)

  • 0–3 years of experience in MEP project execution (UAE experience preferred)

  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, site execution, and coordination

  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, layouts, and technical documents

  • Basic knowledge of quantity surveying, BOQs, and measurements

  • Familiarity with local authority regulations and safety standards is an advantage

  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site tasks

  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project requirements
