You will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, informing and consulting the team of agents in your area.
You will be in charge of explaining to the different agents how to use the system, the tools and the products available from Koloxo Home, in order to optimize their performance on the platform and create an incredible and unique experience for Koloxo customers and suppliers.

• Ability to achieve business objectives.
• Without fear of achieving success by solving problems, knowing how to analyze the situation and understanding of the key points to move forward and know how to transmit the positive result to the rest of your team.
• Trained to bring team conversations to a successful outcome.
• Get the best out of your team through stimulation and participation.
• Present strategies, plans and work effectively and with confidence for a better result.
• Excellent writing, presentation and oral communication skills.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Native or very fluent English level.
• 2 years of experience in an account management function.
• Experience in electronic commerce.
• Sense of responsibility and be able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Power Point, Excel and Word
