Maintains records, information, data and statistics on department activities and may monitor project schedules for management.
Receives, processes and maintains documents such as time records, travel, invoices and purchase orders.
Prepares reports from spreadsheets and databases.
Prepares paperwork and forms relating to the business using knowledge of policies and procedures.
Advises managers and staff on proper procedures and policies.
Represents the department on administrative matters both internally and externally.
Having 3 years experience in the same field.
Bachelor's Degree holder need to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
With Valid Qatar Driving License.
