A leading company looking for an experienced Call Center Executive in Qatar.
Manage large volumes of incoming calls/emails.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Engaged in handling calls of Enterprise & different business units (Internal & External).
Provide World Class Customer Service.
End to Transaction of Reports.
Minimum 3 years experience in the same field.
Bachelor's Degree Holder.
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
