Job Description :
A leading Company Looking for an experienced Help Desk Specialist in Qatar.
Documents procedures as required, tracks and monitors all calls to ensure timely resolution.
Conducts follow-up calls to customers when necessary.
Perform installations and changes to user's workstations and assign requests to another technical staff member as needed.
Review and validate requests for client information (RFIs) received from the Transaction Monitoring / Screening Functions in order to process Risk Events.
Liaise with Relationship Managers, FCC Teams and other internal teams (CDD, etc.) in order to obtain client information.
Review and adhere to the follow up protocol to ensure timely responses are obtained.
Minimum 3 years experience is required.
Good communication Skills.
