Heavy calendar management and scheduling meetings for Executives.
Being the primary point of contact to employees and external contacts for the Executives.
Provides support to other Executive Assistants when not on assignment.
Work closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic hiring strategies targeted towards each functional area.
Mentor hiring managers on appropriate recruitment and legal hiring/interviewing practices and procedures.
Conducts regular meetings with respective assigned business or operational units leaders at all levels.
MBA holder need to apply.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
With more than 5 years experience in the field.
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good IT Skills.
