Enters project estimates on an ERP system and converts to job orders when orders received.
Participates in the coordination of customer fulfillment programs.
Interfaces with customers, vendors, sales team members and staff on project related matters.
Keep a track record of order placed and follow up for the material up to reach to the site in time.
Developing New Vendors as per predefined procedures.
Day to Day Coordination with Internal & external purchase teams.
Knowledge of import and export procedure.
Qatar driving license preferred.
Good Communication skills.
Having Three years experience in same field.
