REQUIRED MACHINE TECHNICIAN IN DUBAI FOR FMCG MANUFACTURING FIRM   
 Salary: AED 2000-2500 AED plus overtime+ FOOD

Perform regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of machines and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out corrective actions promptly. Assemble, disassemble, and replace defective machine parts. Conduct routine lubrication, calibration, and alignment of machinery. Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory. Work closely with production teams to ensure machines operate efficiently and meet production targets. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, and machine performance. Suggest improvements for machine efficiency and reliability. Support installation and commissioning of new machines when required. ITI/Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Industrial Maintenance or equivalent. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine tools. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and drawings. Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Basic knowledge of safety practices and workplace compliance.
