A leading company looking for an experienced Receptionist in Qatar.
Maintain employee records.
Manage filing system.
Prepare new employee files.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Order front office supplies/ housekeeping and keep inventory of stock.
Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
Minimum one year experience in the same field.
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
