Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Secretary in UAE.
Job Details:
• Support meetings and allowing any required preparation time.
• Ensuring all actions from meetings and correspondence are recorded, actioned and reported.
• Develop and maintain filing and information systems (electronic and hard copy) ensuring archive material is safe and can be speedily retrieved.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience in the same feld.
• Graduate holder.
• Computer Literate.
• Good communication skills.
