Requirement Manager Jurong International

About the Role: The Requirements Manager will lead the end-to-end process of capturing, managing, tracing, and validating technical and contractual requirements across all project disciplines. This role ensures that all stakeholder needs are accurately documented, implemented, verified, and aligned with RTA and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Requirements Management Plan (RMP)
• Coordinate requirement collection, categorization, traceability, and change control
• Implement and manage a digital requirements management tool (e.g., IBM DOORS, Jama, ComplyPro)
• Interface with engineering, assurance, and delivery teams to validate requirement fulfillment
• Support reviews, audits, and certification processes tied to requirements closure

Requirements:

• MSc/BSc in Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years experience in requirements management for complex infrastructure or rail projects
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle (V-model), traceability matrices, and verification & validation (V&V)
• Proficiency with RM tools (e.g., DOORS) and integration with BIM and CDE platforms
• Experience on GCC projects, especially with RTA, is preferred
