Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and insightful Researcher to join a respected government entity in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will conduct in-depth research and analysis across geopolitics, business technology, economics, and public policy to support strategic decision-making. This role requires the ability to synthesize complex information, provide actionable insights, and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, organized, and committed to producing high-quality, evidence-based research.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis in geopolitics, business technology, economics, and public policy.
- Monitor global trends, emerging issues, and policy developments relevant to UAE strategic interests.
- Prepare concise reports, briefings, and policy papers for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Maintain accurate databases and sources, ensuring research integrity and credibility.
- Present findings effectively through presentations, reports, and workshops.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master s degree in Political Science, Economics, Public Policy, Business Technology, or a related field (mandatory).
Fresh graduates with a Master s degree are welcome to apply; prior professional research experience is an advantage but not required.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
Deep curiosity about global affairs, technology trends, economic developments, and policy frameworks.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear and actionable insights.
Comfortable with digital research tools, databases, and data visualization software.
Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
