Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute complex research projects, including methodology selection, data collection, and analysis to uncover actionable insights.
  • Lead the development of research proposals, clearly articulating objectives, methodologies, timelines, and budget considerations for stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative data analysis using advanced statistical techniques and software to identify trends and patterns.
  • Synthesize research findings into clear, concise, and compelling reports, presentations, and visualizations for diverse audiences.
  • Manage and mentor junior researchers, providing guidance on research methodologies, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging research methodologies to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand research needs and translate findings into practical applications.
  • Oversee the quality control of research data, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and adherence to ethical guidelines and privacy regulations.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders, effectively communicating complex information.
  • Manage research budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within allocated resources and timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field. * 2–4 years experience in research, analytics, insights, consulting, or a similar role. * Analyze research data to identify trends, insights, and key findings. * Develop clear reports and presentations with strong storytelling in PowerPoint. * Uses AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to support productivity and analysis.
