Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle room reservations through phone, email, and online channels.

• Enter and manage bookings accurately in IDS system.

• Provide guests with information about room availability, rates, and hotel services.

• Coordinate with Front Office and Sales team regarding bookings and group reservations.

• Ensure accuracy of reservation records and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of reservations or front office experience, preferably in hotels in the UAE.

• Knowledge and experience in IDS software is required.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts.
