Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring prompt and accurate processing.
- Maintain and update reservation systems to reflect real-time availability, optimizing occupancy rates and revenue.
- Provide personalized customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored travel solutions and recommendations.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front office, to ensure seamless guest experiences and satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reservation or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in reservation software and property management systems, with a strong ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as Spanish or Mandarin are a strong advantage.
