Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries and booking requests
- Enter rooming lists and maintain accurate records in the system
- Maximize revenue through up-selling and recommending property services
- Provide guests with detailed information on facilities, amenities, and promotions
- Handle special requests and ensure preferences are recorded accurately
- Collaborate with front office and other departments for smooth guest arrivals
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, rates, and promotions
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Guest-focused personality with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a Reservations Agent or similar role is an advantage
- Familiarity with Opera or related reservation systems preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
