Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries and booking requests
Enter rooming lists and maintain accurate records in the system
Maximize revenue through up-selling and recommending property services
Provide guests with detailed information on facilities, amenities, and promotions
Handle special requests and ensure preferences are recorded accurately
Collaborate with front office and other departments for smooth guest arrivals
Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, rates, and promotions
Desired Candidate Profile
Guest-focused personality with excellent communication skills
Previous experience as a Reservations Agent or similar role is an advantage
Familiarity with Opera or related reservation systems preferred
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
