Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle reservation requests through phone, email, and online systems.
Ensure booking accuracy for room types, rates, and special requests.
Update reservation systems with guest information and modifications.
Respond promptly to guest queries and provide service information.
Coordinate with front office and sales teams to support guest needs.
Promote hotel offers and upsell room categories when applicable.
Maintain records and follow standard reservation procedures.
