Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle reservation requests through phone, email, and booking systems.
Assist guests with room availability, rates, and special requirements.
Update, modify, and cancel reservations as needed.
Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure accurate guest information.
Maintain reservation records and ensure data accuracy.
Support guest queries and provide helpful, timely responses.
Ensure service quality standards are consistently met.

Experience in hotel reservations or front office operations.

Ability to work with reservation systems and handle multiple tasks.
