Position Overview

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is looking for a Reservations Agent to support sales and marketing activities by managing guest reservations, inquiries, and loyalty program requests. This full-time, non-management role contributes directly to revenue generation, guest satisfaction, and brand consistency within a luxury hospitality environment.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest calls, emails, and reservation-related inquiries in a professional manner
  • Process room reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
  • Apply upselling and revenue-maximizing techniques while maintaining guest loyalty
  • Manage Marriott Rewards transactions, including point redemptions and account updates
  • Coordinate with Sales, Data Administration, and Accounting teams to resolve guest issues
  • Offer approved complimentary benefits to enhance guest satisfaction where applicable
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records in designated systems
  • Promote brand standards and service excellence internally and externally
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, email correspondence, and data entry
  • Support management initiatives related to training, motivation, and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and asset protection

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum two years of experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or sales support
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work with reservation systems and standard office software
