Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle guest reservation inquiries, bookings, changes, and cancellations via phone, email, and other channels
Respond to guest calls, requests, and concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
Apply effective sales techniques including upselling to maximize room revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
Promote Marriott brand standards and service values in all guest interactions
Process Marriott Rewards points, redemptions, and complimentary offers in line with company guidelines
Accurately enter and update guest and loyalty information in reservation systems
Support Sales and Marketing operations with administrative tasks such as reporting, emails, and documentation
Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and communications
Assist management with on-the-job training and motivation of team members
Ensure compliance with company policies, data confidentiality, and brand standards at all times
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
Minimum two years of experience in reservations, sales support, or customer service within hospitality
Strong communication and telephone etiquette skills
Customer-focused mindset with basic sales and upselling ability
Good organizational and administrative skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment
Basic computer skills for reservations systems and office applications
