Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Residence Technician to join our team and support the maintenance and upkeep of residential properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multi-skilled maintenance, ensuring high-quality living standards for residents. The duties will include but not limited to:


  1. Perform day-to-day maintenance and repair activities within residential units.

  2. Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic carpentry works.

  3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.

  4. Conduct routine inspections to identify faults and preventive maintenance needs.

  5. Ensure all work is completed in line with safety and quality standards.

  6. Coordinate with supervisors and other technical staff for complex repairs.

  7. Maintain tools, equipment, and proper documentation of work completed.

  8. Support emergency call-outs and after-hours maintenance when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in residential or facilities maintenance.

  2. Technical qualification / diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC or related field.

  3. Strong knowledge of multi-skilled maintenance works.

  4. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  5. Basic English communication skills.

  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
