What We’re Looking For
A proven track record of 2-3 years in a Luxury Hotel environment in a Residence or Guest Relations Managerial role, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with FIVE's award-winning Service Quality.
Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Russian (Additional languages are a Plus).
The ability to focus on Residents’ Needs, with a calm and courteous attitude that reflects the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of The Residences is curated to perfection.

Key Responsibilities
Oversees and Manages Revenue-Sharing arrangements with Residents, ensuring Accurate and Timely Distribution of Revenues.
Regularly reviews Financial Statements, ensuring The Residences are performing in line with the budgets and maintaining the Gold Standard.
Establishes a robust system to Meticulously Track the Revenue Generated through ‘FIVE-Star’ services, specifically focusing on Housekeeping and Engineering services provided to Residents.
Meticulously Generates regular Reports detailing the Revenue Earned from these services, ensuring transparency while providing a comprehensive overview for both Senior Management and Residents.
Keeps a vigilant Eye on any Deductions that may be applicable, such as maintenance costs or service adjustments, ensuring Accurate and Fair Financial Transactions.
Oversees the systematic Collection of Service Charges and Utility Bills from Residents, maintaining Transparent Communication at all times .
Responds Enthusiastically to Residence owners' queries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a Bespoke Atmosphere for FIVE Residents.
Delivers the Gold Standard of Customer Service by efficiently overseeing parking allocation for Residents.
Ensures that all outstanding payments are cleared before the resale and handover of units.
Cultivates Exceptional Resident Relations, guiding Residents on their ‘Journey at FIVE’ from property handover to daily living, ensuring a Remarkable Lifestyle in line with Management Standards and Stakeholder Agreements.
Expertly establishes a System to Monitor and Promptly Respond to FIVE Residents’ feedback.
Utilises Residents’ Feedback to identify areas for Improvement, maintaining the Gold Standard.
Maintains a Sensational Knowledge of and Complies with all Credit Policies and Procedures of FIVE Residences, liaising closely with the Finance Department.
Crafts regular Financial Reports and Updates to Senior Management, keeping them Informed of the Financial Health of FIVE Residences.
Proactively develops and implements work schedules for the Residences Team, ensuring Optimal ‘FIVER’ Levels to meet Operational Requirements.
Provides Coaching and Counselling to Fellow ‘FIVERs’ as necessary, providing Constructive Feedback and Conducting Performance Appraisals in line with FIVE’s industry-leading guidelines.
Adheres to Legal Requirements regarding Fire Safety, Bomb Threats, and Health and Safety, ensuring a Boundary-
