Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to join our team for a prestigious villa development project in Abu Dhabi. This role will involve managing the construction process for high-end villas, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Resident Engineer with a focus on, hotel, tower or luxury villa projects
  • Strong understanding of villa construction, including both structural and architectural aspects
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate all aspects of villa development projects
  • Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region is highly preferred
  • Proficient in project documentation, reporting, and site supervision
