Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

Serve as the key liaison between project stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and problem resolution.

Manage regular site inspections and audits to enforce safety regulations and maintain quality control measures.

Manage the Review of engineering documents to ensure accurate execution of construction work, providing technical guidance to the team as needed.

Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
