Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise construction of utilities (water, sewer, stormwater, power, telecom, gas).
Review and approve utility-related designs, method statements, and materials.
Coordinate with authorities (Ashghal, KAHRAMAA, Ooredoo, etc.) for permits and approvals.
Lead and mentor site inspectors and ensure adherence to WSP quality standards.
Provide regular progress and technical reports to the Project Manager and client.
Responsibilities
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
15+ years' experience, including 7+ years in an RE role on large infrastructure/utilities projects.
Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes.
Previous GEC/Ashghal project experience is highly desirable.
MMUP Registered
