Resident Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Resident Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of overall professional experience in the engineering industry, with at least 5 years as a Resident Engineer. The candidate should have a proven track record in managing residential projects, high-rise building developments and luxury finish projects, demonstrating expertise in overseeing complex activities and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include supervising construction activities on-site, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local regulations, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule. The Resident Engineer will provide expert oversight and ensure project excellence from inception to completion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of overall experience in the engineering industry.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer in residential, high-rise building, and luxury finish projects.
• Extensive experience working with major developers including Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, Meraas, Wasl, Aldar, and many more is A MUST.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Professional certifications related to construction management or engineering.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
