Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily activities of on-site construction workers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and relevant construction regulations.
• Coordinate with design engineers to translate plans into concrete structures.
• Supervise and guide project supervisors and contractors during construction phases.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify project specifications are being met.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on construction progress and issues.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties that may arise on-site.
• Manage the procurement and usage of materials in alignment with project timelines.
• Ensure all construction activities are completed within the specified budget.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between various engineering departments.
• Provide technical advice and assume engineering activity responsibility at the site.
• Evaluate and approve modifications and corrections to design plans on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in civil engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in managing on-site operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring staff.
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal guidelines.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Outstanding communication skills to coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.
