In this role, you play a key part in ensuring excellent service quality and reliable system performance for our customers. You will make an impact by:

• Ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction by providing professional, timely, and solution oriented support.
• Delivering preventive maintenance, corrective services, and 24/7 support across your assigned area.
• Identifying and communicating product and system insights to the service leadership team.
• Training customers in system operation and light maintenance, while recommending parts and inventory solutions that enhance system uptime.
• Completing all service documentation accurately and on time, and representing the company professionally while responsibly handling equipment and customer property.

You will succeed in this role if you bring:

• A B.S. degree in Mechatronics or Electronic Engineering, along with relevant hands on experience in a similar technical field.
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams, as well as solid PC and Windows application knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and handle interactions in fluent English.
• 3 5 years of field service experience working with electro mechanical systems.
• (Desirable) Additional strengths such as IT/networking knowledge, proficiency in Arabic, or experience in a hospital environment.
