Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an talented Resource and Reporting Manager to join our team to oversee and manage operational aspects of a major infrastructure engagement based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager to manage client interactions and oversee the resourcing process in collaboration with Project Management Leads and the Recruitment Team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the efficient execution of resourcing and project-related processes. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Client Interface and Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on resourcing matters, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding project updates, recruitment progress, and action items.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Address client inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
- PAF Approval Processing:
- Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) in compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Work closely with Project Management Leads and the Recruitment Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of PAFs.
- Track and document the status of PAFs, ensuring all approvals are obtained and records are maintained for audit purposes.
- Tracker and Records Maintenance:
- Develop, update, and maintain trackers to monitor the progress of PAF approvals, recruitment activities, and project deliverables.
- Ensure all records, including client communications, PAF documentation, and recruitment data, are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Regularly review and audit trackers and records to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
- Provide periodic reports and summaries to internal stakeholders based on tracker data.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Partner with Project Management Leads to align recruitment and staffing efforts with project goals and timelines.
- Support the Recruitment Team by providing client-specific insights and ensuring alignment with hiring needs.
- Process Improvements and Reporting
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Propose and develop workflow improvements, reporting dashboards action trackers in all operational aspects.
- Provide regular meaningful and actionable management information on all operational aspects
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- BSc Degree in a relevant subject is preferred.
- At least 6 years' experience in similar positions (Resourcing, Project Support, Project Operations).
- Advanced Excel, dashboard and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape and regulatory environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
