The Advirosy Manager's mission is the origination, execution and monitoring of client support missions during their strategic financial operations such as mergers and acquisitions and fundraising.

He manages a team of junior and senior analysts and coordinates internal stakeholders (legal department, accounting department, etc.) and external stakeholders (co-advisors, service providers, AMMC, etc.).

It also guarantees the quality of customer service and compliance with current regulations.

• Identify opportunities for the sale/acquisition of companies
• Originate missions
• To negotiate the terms of the mandates
• Oversee financial modeling: business plan and valuation
• Supervise the execution of strategic and financial diagnostics
• Oversee the production of deliverables for the client and ensure quality and adherence to deadlines
• To be the client's preferred point of contact
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting
• Recruit, train and develop a team of junior and senior analysts
• And more generally, to monitor the proper execution of missions and maintain relationships of trust with prospects, clients, regulatory authorities and partners
