Restaurant/Outlet Manager
Our client in Dubai, UAE who operates very high end trendy Restaurants is currently looking for a Restaurant/Outlet Manager for one of their restaurants, someone who would like to join their enthusiastic team.
As Restaurant/Outlet Manager you will be responsible to effectively manage the daily operations of the restaurant operations while providing the support, training and guidance to the employees in order to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.You will oversee the implementation of standards as per policy & procedure and manage operations ensuring the highest quality and standard. You will anticipate market changes, review operations when necessary and will handle guest complaints professionally.
Maintain visibility during service hours and occupancy in order to ensure smooth running and to promote good public relations
Achieve restaurant operational objectives
Prepare and complete action plans
Identify trends, determine improvements & implement change
Control the appropriate and safe usage of food and beverage items and service equipment
Ensure that the physical facilities and equipment are well kept and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
Manage and control stock
Inspect the service areas and supervise the restaurant order preparation to ensure the food quality and service delivery are according to standards.
Charismatic and outgoing personality.
Ability in lead a large team ~ of 40 staff.
Strong attention to detail. Good follow up skills.
Ability to manage restaurant, training and deliver 5* service
Ideally a native English speaker or somone with fluent English language skills / male or female.
Will have worked a number of years in a management role ideally in the UAE or other international.
Serviced and guest experience focused.
Have a very good understanding of Food and Beverage.
Have the knowledge and ability to carry out daily operations FOH and BOH.
Have a good understanding of PnL, Business plan and be able to work towards budgets, COS and forecasts.
Able to problem solve.
Minimum of 2 years in a similar position in a 5* property or high end restaurant.
Hospitality Management qualification
Great presence, up to date in trends and used to working with high end clientele.
Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, is a must.
