� Restaurant Supervisor – Roles and Responsibilities 1. Daily Operations Management Oversee restaurant floor and kitchen operations during all shifts Ensure smooth workflow between kitchen, service, and delivery teams 2. Staff Supervision and Training Assign duties and schedules for all team members Train new employees on restaurant standards, hygiene, and service quality Motivate and guide staff to deliver excellent customer service 3. Customer Service and Satisfaction Greet and interact with customers in a professional manner Handle customer complaints quickly and effectively Ensure all guests have a pleasant dining experience 4. Food Quality and Hygiene Monitor food preparation and presentation standards Enforce hygiene and food safety (HACCP) regulations Conduct regular cleanliness checks in all areas 5.
