Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that each shift runs smoothly and efficiently to meet guest expectations.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive team environment that motivates employees to excel.
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain adequate stock while minimizing waste and reducing costs.
  • Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality management is preferred for advanced understanding.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food service or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role to demonstrate leadership capabilities.
  • Certification in food safety and handling is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.
  • Experience in fast-paced restaurant environments is preferred, showcasing the ability to thrive under pressure.
