Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and process online orders, ensuring accuracy in fulfillment, packing, and shipping to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
Provide exceptional customer service across all channels (in-store, phone, email, chat), addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building customer loyalty.
Maintain the store's visual merchandising, including setting up displays, organizing products, and ensuring a clean and appealing shopping environment to maximize sales.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, accurately processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and managing returns and exchanges with precision.
Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise; conduct regular stock checks; and minimize loss through efficient practices.
Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events, sales campaigns, and seasonal changes to drive traffic and increase sales.
Monitor website performance, report any technical issues, and suggest improvements to the online shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, contribute to a positive work environment, and share best practices to improve overall performance.
Handle customer complaints efficiently, identify appropriate solutions to resolve issues, and maintain a positive brand image.
Stay informed about current products, market trends, and competitors to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers and increase sales.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
