Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and process online orders, ensuring accuracy in fulfillment, packing, and shipping to meet customer expectations and deadlines.

  • Provide exceptional customer service across all channels (in-store, phone, email, chat), addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building customer loyalty.

  • Maintain the store's visual merchandising, including setting up displays, organizing products, and ensuring a clean and appealing shopping environment to maximize sales.

  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, accurately processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and managing returns and exchanges with precision.

  • Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise; conduct regular stock checks; and minimize loss through efficient practices.

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events, sales campaigns, and seasonal changes to drive traffic and increase sales.

  • Monitor website performance, report any technical issues, and suggest improvements to the online shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, contribute to a positive work environment, and share best practices to improve overall performance.

  • Handle customer complaints efficiently, identify appropriate solutions to resolve issues, and maintain a positive brand image.

  • Stay informed about current products, market trends, and competitors to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers and increase sales.
