MAIN PURPOSE
The Retail Ops Coordinator will coordinate the implementation of major tools/processes aiming at optimizing the Retail performance of Cartier boutiques.
He/She will provide daily support to the Operations team and boutiques and will contribute to procedures updates and other operational activities.
He/She will prepares reporting and data analysis (sales reports, presentations, etc.) and ensures accurate sales information is shared amongst departments and within the boutique network.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Retail Projects coordination
• Implement and/or support the Operations Manager with the implementation of new retail projects developed locally or internationally by Cartier International
• Plan and coordinate projects development with concerned support departments, plan kick-off in boutiques and coordinate training with boutique staff
• Provide regular feedback on project status to Retail Management
• Develop retail tools aimed at improving the daily operations in boutiques (e.g. Retail calendar)
• Boutique procedures implementation / monitoring
• Update procedures guidelines
• Modify procedures following improvements identified by Retail Management and Boutique Management
• Work closely with Richemont Enabling Services to ensure alignment with Maison and Group policies, coordinate and follow-up on for Retail
• Coordinate and follow-up with IT on on-going and future IT projects for Retail
• Share project status with boutiques during Retail Meetings
• Data & Business Analysis
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on boutique performance: turnover, targets and sales forecasts, traffic and sales analysis per nationality, KPIs
• Provide ad hoc retail analysis for management use
• Contribute to the Retail Operations annual action plan for the market
• Retail Operations
• Share information with Cartier Boutiques as required
• Boutique Vestiaire coordination: consolidate requirements, place orders within annual budget for the market
• Review and validate contracts related to suppliers providing boutique cleaning and other operational aspects with Central Legal Department
• Provide daily support to boutiques (procedures, IT issues, iPads updates)
• Support Operations during major regional Cartier events
• Support Retail Operations Manager and Area Sales Manager in preparing analysis and presentations for the Retail meetings.
Educational Background
Level of education and professional qualifications and/or specific occupational training required.
University degree or Business School young graduate
Technical/Work-based Skills or specific knowledge (Must Have)
This relates to the skills specific to the job, e.g. language fluency, etc
Fluent in Arabic and English
Advanced Word, Excel, Power Point skills
Experience
This could include a minimum period of experience or specific(ensure period stated is appropriate and not unnecessarily excessive)
Previous internship/experience in sales, marketing or merchandising departments as project coordinator
Experience in luxury industry is a plus
