Our client is a uniform / work wear supplier that has an international presence. We are looking for a professional retail operations specialist to locally to expand our business and manage the team. You should have a background in apparel, uniform or work wear and already have a network of contacts within the region. You should be used to managing a retail team and providing coaching and training. Knowledge of warehouse operations, standards and packing. The ideal candidate should be able to provide advice and guidance, while delivering business goals and objectives. They would also have knowledge of sales based ordering and stock management.
Key responsibility:
Consolidate operation and ensure service is of a high standard for 2018
Develop further customers and expand operation in 2019
Effectively manage key customer relationships
Manage day to day operation in Dubai / United Arab Emirates
Produce a weekly report of office activities
Data Management: manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of a product or campaign.
Contract Proposals: creates contracts that satisfy both company and customer needs.
Application Management: To produce data for the sales team, sales operation employees must oversee the use of various applications and platforms.
Sales Forecasting: By recognising past trends
Territory Definition: Sales Operations must outline and define various sales territories.
Training: the responsibility of training new and current employees
Evaluation and Implementation: ensure the success of a product or implement new sales plan if the evaluation yields unsatisfactory results.
Performance Management: High performances are often rewarded in Sales Operations, and poor performances must be acknowledged and resolved.
Sales Strategy: set strategy and future goals for a sales team. Plan efficient strategies for the profit and financial growth of the company
Sales Team Organisation: An efficient sales team is vital to the success of Sales Operation
