Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category-specific retail plans, forecasting sales, and managing inventory levels to optimize product availability and minimize waste.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven recommendations for product assortment and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and merchandising teams to align retail strategies with overall business objectives and ensure cohesive execution across all channels.
- Manage and optimize the allocation of space within the retail environment, ensuring optimal product placement and visual merchandising to maximize sales and customer engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in retail planning or category management within the FMCG industry..
