Job Scope:

• Achieving showroom sales target.
• Replenish sold items with new products from stock.
• Follow up with customers to provide their needs.
• Convey customer's needs and inquiries to Retail Sales Manager.
• Applying cross-selling & up-selling methods.
• Performing daily physical check.
• Responsible for handling the maintenance cycle for damaged pieces.
• Building a good rapport with customers and keep them posted with L'AZURDE seasonal promotions.
• Applying the visual merchandising guidelines.
• Providing high standard customer services.
• Give the customers an orientation about the after-sales services policies and procedures (exchange & return policy).
• Adherence to the company's internal policies like Attendance/grooming/discipline.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in ushering or retail is required.
• Strong customer orientation to effectively service the consumers in the shops.
• Influential, Team player, and a great collaborator.
• Representable and posses professional selling skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good to very good command of the English language.
• Maximum age: 30 years old.
• Working days: 6 days and 1 day off (Shift-based)
