Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage customers with personalized service, actively listening to their needs and offering tailored product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge to confidently educate customers, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently by implementing innovative sales strategies and upselling techniques.
  • Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock assessments and ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and organized.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and motivating work environment that fosters teamwork and success.
  • Assist in visual merchandising efforts, ensuring that store displays are attractive and align with brand standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of a high school diploma, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, demonstrating a track record of meeting sales targets.
