Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functionality and exceptional customer service.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team of sales associates to achieve sales targets through effective coaching and training.
• Analyze sales data and inventory levels to make informed decisions that drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, showcasing products in a way that attracts and engages customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of retail management experience, showcasing a proven track record of success.

• Experience in fast-paced retail environments, demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
