What we are looking for in you. • Experienced in cash handling, hands on experience solving issues with POS procedures, cash float, refunds. • Worked with In-Store inventory levels, stock accuracy, and assist in stock counts. • Good back ground in loss-prevention standards - shrinkage control and safety compliance. • Ability in delivering store sales targets and KPIs through active floor involvement. • Experience with daily/weekly sales reports, uplift opportunities, and gaps. daily store opening, closing, and smooth operational flow. • Support in visual merchandising standards to reflect brand and outlet positioning. • Drive promotional event execution and ensure peak periods are properly staffed. • Supervise a large team including hiring support, scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring. • Coach staff on product knowledge, customer service standards, selling techniques, and policies. • Conduct regular team briefings and lead by example. • Customer service through engagement, issue resolution, and staff training. Welcoming store environment. • Handle escalated customer complaints in line with brand policies. • Store operational excellence, including safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and housekeeping, uphold corporate policies, UAE retail regulations, and internal audit requirements. • Support in in-store audits, compliance checks, and corrective actions.
