Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (D365 Retail) solutions across POS, eCommerce, and retail operations.
  2. Configure and optimize pricing, discounts, and loyalty programs in Retail Headquarters.
  3. Develop solutions using Retail SDK, Commerce Scale Unit, Store Commerce App, and integration tools like Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate.
  4. Utilize SQL and reporting tools to deliver retail analytics and business insights.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve challenges, and align solutions with business goals.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to teams on D365 Commerce best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (D365 Retail).
  2. Strong expertise and programming skills in D365 commerce architecture , POS (MPOS, CPOS), eCommerce, and Retail operations.
  3. Hands-on experience with Retail SDK, Commerce Scale Unit, and Store Commerce App.
  4. Knowledge of Retail Headquarters, Pricing, Discounts, and Loyalty Management.
  5. Experience with integration tools like Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and third-party connectors.
  6. Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools for retail analytics.
  7. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
