Objective: To reduce operational costs and increase revenue through optimized processing and timely submission of claims with the highest quality standards, ensuring minimal rejections and timely payment collection. Key Responsibilities: The Revenue Cycle Supervisor/Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the claims’ lifecycle, including onsite operations and back-end processing. This includes ensuring compliance with center regulations, timely submission and extension of approvals, daily OP and IP coding, timely closure of encounters, and accurate forwarding to the billing system. The role’s primary objective is to streamline the claims cycle, reduce operating costs, improve productivity, and minimize rejections through process and system optimization. Additionally, the Revenue Cycle Manager will contribute to daily operational activities, provide performance analysis, develop written procedures, and support training initiatives to strengthen cross-functional revenue cycle operations.
