RF / Frequency Engineer – UAV Systems

Design and integrate RF communication systems for UAVs (telemetry, control, video, data links) • Support antenna selection and placement on UAV platforms • Perform RF testing and troubleshooting during ground and flight tests • Analyze signal performance including range, strength, and interference • Support frequency planning and ensure regulatory compliance • Identify and resolve RF interference and signal quality issues • Collaborate with UAV, electronics, and software engineering teams • Document test results and support continuous system improvements ______________ Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, RF Engineering, or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in RF or wireless systems • Experience with UAV or drone communication systems • Good understanding of RF fundamentals, antennas, and wireless signal behavior • Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzer) ______________ Preferred / Advantage • Experience with long-range wireless or telemetry systems • Knowledge of FPV video systems, GNSS, LTE/5G • Experience supporting field testing or flight trials • Basic scripting or data analysis skills
